I’ve spent my career designing enterprise platforms, creative tooling, and AI-driven systems that scale. This page shows how that experience aligns with SeatGeek’s mission: bringing fans, teams, and artists closer together through better design and smarter systems.

Why SeatGeek & Why Me

SeatGeek sits at a fascinating intersection: fan passion meets complex systems. It’s part commerce, part culture, part choreography. That’s exactly where my design practice thrives—at the edges of human behavior and operational systems.

My Track Record

I’ve led design for complex systems and large-scale platforms that serve millions of users, from internal enterprise tools to customer-facing digital ecosystems.

  • Translating messy operational challenges into design systems that scale without losing personality

  • Building frameworks that balance fan delight with business, compliance, and performance constraints

  • Partnering across engineering, research, and marketing to turn product vision into measurable impact

The throughline in all my work: I design systems that don’t just work smarter—they feel better.

Selected Work

Preventative Maintenance & Predictive Tools Dashboard (Rapid POC – Figma Make)

A two-week sprint exploring how predictive analytics could help operations teams anticipate and act before issues occur. I designed a prototype that blended reliability metrics, anomaly detection, and workload forecasting into a single, intuitive view.

Outcome: Validated a new design pattern for predictive workflows—balancing analytical depth with operational trust and speed.

A rapid Figma PoC exploring how we could use AI for preventative maintenance and predictive analytics, and how they can coexist in a single, intuitive dashboard. The design strategy centered on clarity and actionability, helping maintenance teams move from reactive monitoring to proactive decision-making.

Design & Leadership Philosophy

Design as an Operating System

Design isn’t a function, it’s the connective tissue between strategy, decisions, and delivery. When built well, it scales how organizations think, not just how they look. My focus is on creating systems that make clarity repeatable and collaboration frictionless.

Strategy Is the First Design Artifact

Before pixels or prototypes, great design starts with shared understanding. I work to define the problem, align intent, and clarify what success means. Because once the vision is clear, teams can execute with confidence and autonomy.

AI as Infrastructure, Not a Gimmick

AI should amplify judgment, not replace it. I design experiences where intelligence augments intuition, using automation to handle the routine so teams can focus on what’s meaningful.

Clarity Is a Design Deliverable

Every interaction, document, or interface should reduce cognitive load. Clarity builds trust, accelerates decisions, and enables scale. My goal is to make complex information feel inevitable, not overwhelming.

Leading Through Ambiguity

Most of my work begins before there’s a clear roadmap. I help organizations move from uncertainty to structure by building shared language, repeatable decision patterns, and design systems that turn chaos into coordinated progress.
